Remarks
- All menus and Planned Food & Beverage programs must be finalized 14 days prior to date of arrival.
- A guarantee of the number of persons attending each food & beverage function will be given to the hotel at least 7 days in advance of each event.
- Guaranteed Attendance means that you will be charged even if less people attend whereas the additional persons attending will be charged according.
- No space is blocked until we received your confirmation and all spaces are subject to availability
Cancellation conditions:

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, the following will apply:
- Less than 45 days prior arrival date : 50% of total room revenue booked and F&B revenue booked
- Less than 30 days prior arrival date : 70% of total room revenue booked and F&B revenue booked
- Less than 21 days prior arrival date : 100% of total room revenue booked and F&B revenue booked
